Every basic-education school in your state, on one map the Board owns
A school map, a printable LGA atlas and a quarterly Leadership Brief for State Universal Basic Education Boards, built on DNEMIS school IDs and ranked by rules the Board sets.

Demonstrations are built from open data and synthetic records, and are shown to a Board in person first.
What it is
A management picture of every basic-education school in a state (ECCDE, Primary and Junior Secondary): which schools lack a teacher, a usable classroom or a functional toilet, ranked by rules the Board sets itself. It uses the DNEMIS school ID as its only key and DNEMIS coordinates as its spatial reference. It complements DNEMIS and does not replace it; corrections found along the way go back to the State EMIS Officer for entry into DNEMIS.
One database produces three things:
Interactive maps: a public view of LGA totals and generalised school locations, and restricted manager views for named Board officers.
LGA School Atlas: a printable sheet per LGA with a map, a ranked school table, a red-flag list and a monthly monitoring form.
Leadership Brief: a short quarterly brief for the Executive Chairman showing gaps against UBE norms by LGA, the schools with the most severe gaps, and a data-quality statement.
Everything runs in a web browser, from a USB drive if need be, with no internet connection, software licences or servers.
What the Board sees
Illustrations of a fictional state with synthetic figures. No real state, LGA or school is shown. On a computer, hover over a school or bar for detail.
Critical schools come first; the rest of each LGA is ranked by weights the Board sets, printed on every output.

How we work with a state
Step
What happens
1 · Demonstration
Free. We build the state's public view from open data (GRID3 school points, official LGA boundaries, DNEMIS state totals) and a manager view, atlas and brief on synthetic records. The Board sees it in person before anyone else does.
2 · The build
If the Board wishes to proceed: a fixed fee paid against accepted milestones, a data-use agreement, and 90 days from signature to handover. School-level data are processed on the Board's premises, on the Board's hardware.
3 · Yours to keep
The Board owns its data, every build and every output. The toolkit is open, the EMIS unit is trained to refresh every output after each census, and any later support is optional.
Safeguards
The Board is the data controller under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023; CloudKlass acts as processor on its written instructions only, after a data protection impact assessment.
No learner or teacher names or identifiers are requested. Payroll is aggregated to per-school counts inside the Board.
Teacher counts below three are suppressed outside the most senior view.
A state's name, crest or results are never used in any CloudKlass material without the Board's written consent.

School Map is one of two builds for education agencies. The other turns a programme’s classroom materials into the day’s lesson on a phone. For agencies.
